Gymnastics Clubs Leotards

You can pick an existing model and simply customize the colours and rhinestones to your liking.

Our team of designers is happy to offer you a free service to create a unique leotard model from scratch. We will discuss with your about your vision, the colours and the style you are interested in, and our designers will provide you with around 3-5 creation proposals to start with. This service is unlimited until you are fully satisfied to order a sample of your design.

We can also offer hair scrunchies with/without rhinestones, shorts, bras, jackets, leggings for women. For men we can offer leotards.

• The guarantees of GYMZANA apply only to production defaults when the club does not order a prototype before ordering bulk.
• GYMZANA guarantees its leotards, which are quality controlled one by one in Italy, however, we recommend the club to recheck for any potential production default within the 7 days after reception. After the 7 days, we will not accept any default notification anymore and the club cannot use the guarantee condition.
• Any production default must be notified within 7 days after reception to GYMZANA either by email (clubs@gymzana.com or by WhatsApp +49 176 62 76 5345) before any use or wash of the leotard. Any leotard that has been worn, tagless, or washed will lose its guarantee with pictures of the issues. 
• GYMZANA does not offer a guarantee in terms of waiting time to receive your leotards. The production generally takes between 4-12 weeks, and you will not be given any refund or return rights if the leotards are delivered later than the 12 weeks. In the unlikely circumstances that it happens, you will always be able to track your order progress and be given personalised information by our staff.

• All our club orders are shipped with international tracked services for FREE, with services like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and more...
• All orders are shipped from Italy (Europe), GYMZANA is not responsible for potential Customs/Duties that may be due upon reception of your package. It is possible to request to break down your order in multiple shipment packages for customs reasons, but you will be charged the extra shipping costs. For countries applying tariffs, this is the financial responsibility of the recipient. 
• All leotards are packed within an individual protective plastic bag with a flyer explaining the best care instructions and a bag of extra rhinestones. 
• In the case that the package would be returned directly to GYMZANA due to a missing recipient or any other reasons outside of the control of GYMZANA, the reshipment will be the financial responsibility of the buyer / the club.
• The shipping times depend greatly on the location of the buyer, we generally give as an indication the below timings, but cannot offer a guarantee as this is outside of the control of GYMZANA:

Italy: 2-4 working days

Europe: 2-4 working days

America: 3-10 working days

Australia: 3-10 working days

PAYMENT:

• Payment has to be received in full before the start of the production of the order.
• A direct order link will be sent to you, directing you to our website to finalise the payment of the order. This will give you an order number, keep this information for tracking your order production and shipment.

Bank transfers are possible upon request - this will be paid to your Sales Representant responsible for your order who acts under the GYMZANA Brand *

The club will always receive a contract of sale acting as an invoice for validation of the order. The document states all conditions of sales, guarantees, and products in great detail, with sizes and quantities as well as pictures of the design/prototype that have been validated. 

Once payment is received, it constitutes a legal explicit acceptance of the B2B general conditions of sales, the presented Sales Contract / Invoice document (signed or not) and it applies as the binding contract between the 2 parties in case of any litigation.
