What if I picked the wrong size / I grow up?

We accept returns if the size isn't right, you can therefore follow the information on the return section. You will be offered either exchange or refund, depending if we have the leotard available in your size.

All Month-Leo boxes will be shipped on the 25th of each month with a priority tracked international service from Italy.

Return Policy 

Our policy lasts 30 days from the moment you received the package. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For obvious reasons we cannot accept a return of personalised products. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

Good in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working weeks.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Sale items can only be refunded to the amount paid. 


We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if the size does not fit you. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item in another size, send us an email at and send your item to 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping Costs: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs of the return are non refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. However, Gymzana team will stay in touch with you at any moment.

If you are shipping an item over £/$/€ 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as many other forces come into the process (delivery company etc…).

Leotards Care Instructions

  • Wash your leotard as soon as possible after use, sweat can stain the leotard.
  • Preferrably avoid washing machine, if you do use the washing machine, put the leotard inside out with similar colour, a colour catcher, and inside a protection without any conditionner.
  • Always handwash inside-out in cold water.
  • Wash the leotard alone. If the leotard has 2 distinct colours we recommend to wash each separately.
  • Do not use material softeners, it makes the rhinestones go away.
  • We recommend using a Marseille soap or a delicate detergent.
  • Do not rub the leotard by any mean.
  • Do not let to soak.
  • Do not twist the leotard to drain it. You can gently tap it with a clean towel before putting it to dry.
  • Do not dry on a hanger, always dry flat, still inside-out while avoiding any direct sunlight on it.
  • Do not put in tumble dryer.
  • Do not iron.
