Suspension of the Month-Leo Box
Gymzana regrets to inform our valued customers about the suspension of the Month-Leo Box subscription service. This decision has been made due to a combination of factors that have impacted our ability to deliver the high-quality service that our customers expect and deserve.
Over the past two months, we have encountered significant issues with the reliability of our shipping partner. These challenges have included delays in delivery, some packages getting lost, and a lack of communication regarding the status of shipments through their tracking numbers, as the tracking numbers do not get scanned once out of Italy. Such inconsistencies undermine the trust and satisfaction that we strive to maintain with our subscribers.
Additionally, we have faced an unexpected increase in shipping costs that took effect at the beginning of January. This price hike has resulted in a corresponding increase in the subscription price for the Month-Leo Box, a change that was not anticipated nor desired by GYMZANA. We believe that our customers should receive value for their subscription, and the current circumstances do not align with this principle.
In light of these issues, we have made the difficult decision to suspend the Month-Leo Box subscription until further notice. Our priority is to find more reliable shipping solutions and to negotiate better pricing options that will allow us to offer our customers a satisfactory experience throughout the subscription process.

All prepaid boxes have been refunded, and subscriptions are being cancelled until Friday the 22nd of January.
